He was until 2005 the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of Nigerian Breweries Plc, a position he held for 24 years.
He started his career with Bendel Insurance Company Limited, Benin City, as Assistant Company Secretary, from where he proceeded to England for further studies. He obtained an MBA (with specialization in Financial Management and Operational Research) from University of Aston in Birmingham, England in 1980, and joined Nigerian Breweries Plc in 1981 as Company Secretary.
He holds LL.B Degree from University of Lagos (1989) and was called to the Bar (BL) by the Council of Legal Education in Nigeria in 1990. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (FCIS)
Mr. Ogbebor has been closely connected with the growth and development of the Nigerian Capital Market. He has operated in the Market for more than two decades.
He had a distinguished career with Nigerian Breweries Plc from where he retired after 24 years of meritorious service. During his service in Nigerian Breweries Plc, Mr. Ogbebor as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser led the team that won The Nigerian Stock Exchange President’s Annual Merit Award for Good Corporate Governance fifteen (15) times. He played a central role in the acquisition of Diamond Breweries Limited by Nigerian Breweries Plc in 1993 and also played a pivotal role in 2000 in the Rights Issue of N7 Billion Convertible Loan Stock and its subsequent conversion to Equities in 2003.
He is an apostle of due process and good corporate governance and has the pedigree that helps to champion the strategic direction of the Company.
He is the deputy managing director.He was formerly the Head of Marketing and Business Development before his recent position as the deputy Managing director. He was the Operations Manager and Head, Marketing and Business Development. He is very vast in various aspects of capital market operations. He graduated from University of Benin with B.Sc. in Optometry. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Eugene until now was the pioneer Business Continuity and Operational Risk Manager for AIICO Insurance Plc. He successfully managed the team to achieving ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems in 2013 and was also successful with the follow-up surveillance audit conducted by the British Standard Institution (BSI) auditors for compliance to the standard in 2014.
Prior to that, he worked with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) for about two years, understudying the capital market from the regulatory perspective. He also has international work experience with JM Finn & Co. Stockbrokers and E*TRADE Securities Ltd (a subsidiary of E*TRADE Financial Ltd) where he worked as a Business Analyst within their operations division. He has a BSc in Economics from the Lagos State University and started his career with Magnum Trust Bank (now Sterling Bank) where he rendered his youth service in 2001, worked with Foresight Securities & Investment Ltd thereafter till 2003 as an Operations Officer, from where he proceeded to the UK for further studies.
He started his studies in the UK with a Certificate in Financial Management & Control from Aston Business School in Birmingham in 2005, obtained an MBA (with specialization in Financial Management) from University of Hull in 2007, and later registered with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) in 2007 becoming a Member. Eugene is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Foresight Securities and Investment Ltd.
He is a chartered stockbroker, an authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian stock exchange. Mr Fakrogha has a BSc degree in chemistry from the Rivers state university of science and technology Port Harcourt Rivers state. He also has an MBA from the Lagos state university Ojo, Specializing in Financial management. He is a certified customer service expert. An X- Gen trainer. Mr Fakrogha has a passion for business ethics and corporate governance. He has worked in notable firms in the financial service industry like Partnership Investment, First Stockbrokers and TFS. Mr Fakrogha brings to Foresight his wealth of experience in capital market activities, relationship management, organizational development and change management.
She is a Banking & Finance graduate of University of Ado-Ekiti, with ten years experience in Capital market spanning Compliance, Research, Equity Analysis and Risk Management. She has a MSc. degree in Finance from University of Lagos and she is a student member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). She started her career at Foresight Securities & Investment Limited as Research Analyst in November 2006. In 2014, she became Assistance Manager, Risk Management & Compliance and currently Head, Risk Management & Compliance. .
He is highly energetic and results-oriented manager, with over 12years progressive experience in Nigerian Capital Market. He possesses a Higher National Diploma in Marketing from The Polytechnic Ibadan and a Post-graduate Diploma Certificate in Management Studies from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho in Oyo State. Possessing a passion for delivering top class client focused service. He has worked with Solid-Rock Securities & Investment Ltd & Royal Crest Finance Ltd before joining Foresight in November 2006.
